Privacy policy
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your scan and send you the report, we don't use tracking cookies or sell data to anyone, and you can ask us to delete what we have by emailing help@avaready.com.
What we collect, and why
- The domain you ask us to scan, the scan results, and the report we generate. This is the product. Reports are stored under an unguessable ID so you can revisit yours; anyone you share the report link with can view it.
- Your receipt email and optional business name, used to deliver your report, handle refunds, and respond to support requests. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store them.
- An email address, if you join the implementation-layer list, used only to contact you about that.
- Anonymous page counts. Our own first-party counter records that a page was viewed and which site referred the visit. It stores no IP address, no device fingerprint, no cookies, and no identifier of any kind. There is no third-party analytics script on this site.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is session storage to remember your paid scan credit during checkout, which your browser clears when the tab closes.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with third parties for their own purposes.
- No marketing email lists you didn't explicitly join.
Who processes data on our behalf
Three service providers touch data to make the product work: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI model that reads your site's public pages and writes the report), and Resend (report delivery email). Each receives only what it needs for its job. The pages we send to the AI model are the public pages of the site you asked us to scan.
Retention and deletion
Scan reports and purchase records are kept so your report link keeps working and so we can meet bookkeeping obligations. If you want your report, your email, or both deleted, write to help@avaready.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll remove them within 14 days, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. payment records).
